Macks Collins and Bryan Kidwell came to us, hungry for a name and branding for their dream restaurant in Culver City.
After spending time with the two chefs, we learned that for them, there is no status in the status quo. They cook what they like. And what they like is intense, explosive and different. (In fact, they build whole dishes around ingredients others turn their noses up at.)
From there we developed the positioning “For Renegades. By Renegades.” After a deep, creative exploration of names and taglines, Wild Child was born.
Now, as the restaurant is being built out, so is the brand architecture. Today the logo. Tomorrow, the menus, the signage, the social media, the…you name it.
