The Knox Company created this concept from scratch. Starting with the name Chuzza. We concocted this Italian-sounding name to convey that this is an Italian fast casual experience puts “U,” the customer in charge.
You name it, we did it. The logo. The tag line. The menu. The look and feel of the stores. And so many more “delizioso” details. This branding book made it clear to investors that “You snuzza, you luzza.”
